Blended Learning Design
I believe the best way to learn is through an enjoyable experience with a wide variety of resources – what we call in the industry ‘blended learning’. I offer a full service – from concept to design, development and delivery – including:
Learning Needs Analysis – Conducting a learning needs analysis will ensure that we are all clear on your team’s learning needs. We then review your current learning offer to discover the ‘gaps’.
ELearning – I work closely with your subject matter experts (SME) to create engaging and interactive online learning experiences. I use Articulate 360 eLearning design software including Storyline and Rise. I use Camtasia to create videos as well as write scripts for filming with access to professional videographers.
Workshops – Learning is best when it is FUN! I focus on developing engaging and interactive ‘experiential’ workshops. These can be facilitated face to face or converted into Zoom meetings. I’ll always include a dynamic facilitator guide to support the trainer.
Resources – I work closely with you to create suitable resources and activities to engage learners and support their online or workshop learning.

What happens next?
Start with the Storyboard - a high level overview of the content with some design elements and expectations. Review. Edit. Update. Approve.
Next, move to design and development - course build. I use Articulate Storyline and Rise platforms. I also create resources, develop activities and other resources ready for final review. Then edit, update and approve.
Then, finalise & deliver.

Who I’ve worked with
I’ve worked with a wide range of businesses in Australia on unique projects ranging from online learning, to experiential activities and video production. Over the past decade I’ve worked with dynamic retail businesses such as Kmart, Myer, Coles and Spotlight. I’ve also worked in vocational education with Swinburne and on various projects with Melbourne University in partnership with Propel People.
